Sculpture Basics
Learn how to build models - from people to buildings to abstract sculpture
An introduction to some sculpture skills, including using wire armatures, paper and clay.
We'll try out a different technique each week, with the freedom to then try it with our own ideas.
We'll touch on building figures, architectural models and abstract/geometric shapes to explore some of the possibilities of sculpture.
If you'd like to develop your sculptures we'll be running 'Motors and Sculpture' directly after this course!

Sorin Bath
I am a multimedia artist, specialising in motorised electronic art. I've studied drawing, painting and sculpture, and am a graduate from Edinburgh College of Art - I'm looking forward to introducing more people to electronic and multimedia art.
